EGC: Holiday Extravaganza

Join us for the 5th Annual Holiday Extravaganza at the June Key Delta Community Center in Portland, OR!

Centering Black Joy for the Holidays! An Event for Black Families and Youth

Get ready for a festive celebration filled with joy, laughter, giving, and holiday spirit. Attendees can expect to leave with holiday gifts to support their holiday celebration. We will have wellness and household items, toys of all kinds, Black Santa, and holiday snacks.

Note: This year, we are doing things a little bit differently. You must register for a specified time slot to attend (see Eventbrite tickets). We will only accept walkups during the final hour of the event, 5 pm - 6 pm.

Equitable Giving Circle: Back to School Supply Giveaway

The Equitable Giving Circle: Back to School Giveaway for the Black Community is a gathering designed to celebrate and support Black students as they embark on their educational journey. Held at the June Key Delta Community Center this year, the event will be filled with enthusiasm, empowerment, and a strong sense of unity within the community.

This event is aimed to ensure that Black students feel well-equipped and empowered for success both inside and outside of school. With generous contributions from local businesses, community organizations, and passionate individuals, a vast array of school supplies, backpacks, and other essential items were made available for the students. Each family will have the opportunity to choose their backpack and supplies according to the age grade of their student(s).
